How many points do I get for each purchase?

You will receive 1 point for every $10 spent on goods. For example, if you spend $5,000 on merchandise, you will earn 500 points. Please note that points are calculated on the value of goods only and do not include shipping fees, transit protection, or other charges.

How do I redeem my points?

To redeem your points, please contact us via chat, phone, or email and advise our sales representative which gifts you would like to claim. They will manually add the selected gifts to your order.

When will I receive my gifts?

Gifts will be available within 7 business days of your purchase date.

If your main order is dispatched or collected before your gifts are ready, we will arrange shipment of the gifts to your nominated address separately. Alternatively, you may collect your gifts at our warehouse when they become available. Final arrangements will be confirmed with your sales representative.

What if the gift I want is unavailable?

Gifts are offered strictly while stocks last. If your preferred gift is no longer available at the time of redemption, we will invite you to choose an alternative gift of equivalent value (based on points). If no suitable alternative is available, we will apply a standard 5% discount to your order value (calculated on the value of goods only). For example, if your total payment is $1,500, of which $1,400 relates to goods and $100 to shipping, your discount will be $70 (5% of $1400). If you have already paid, this amount will be refunded to you.

Can I use other discount codes or offers with this promotion?

No. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotional codes. Only one offer may be applied per transaction. If you choose to redeem gifts, you must use all your eligible points for this purpose and may not combine or exchange them for other offers, such as shipping discounts.

What if I cannot redeem all of my points?

If your available points do not match the exact value of any remaining gifts (for example, you have 108 points remaining but no gifts with an 8-point value), the unredeemed balance will expire at the end of this promotion. Unredeemed points are not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

• All gifts are subject to availability and may be substituted with similar items of equal or higher value at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Gifts are provided strictly as complimentary items, “as is,” and without any guarantee or warranty of any kind, except to the extent required by law. We will not be able to provide any aftercare, service, or support for these items.

• This offer is valid for purchases made during the promotional period only and cannot be applied retrospectively to prior orders.

• We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any customer or transaction and to decline the redemption of points or gifts if misuse or fraud is suspected.

• These terms are subject to our general Terms and Conditions of Sale, which apply in addition to the above.
