It's an all leather 'canapé style' prone sofa, meaning the upholstery is embossed with 'chesterfield-like' buttoned indentation, and the back and sides flow in the grand arched swoops - the hallmarks of grand furniture from ages past.
Mainz is supremely comfortable both as a chaise, allowing a single person to lie or even snooze fully prone in total comfort on your choice of either top grade 100% genuine Italian leather or high durability wash and wear fabric. Mainz also works well as an occasional settee for two to three people.
