REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
VERY LOW MARGIN
We work hard to offer you products at warehouse prices. This means we have to work on a very low margin which makes refunds difficult to entertain. We hope you understand our stand.
Refunds will not be entertained if:
- You have changed your mind
- You have made the wrong selection upon purchase
- You have found a similar item cheaper elsewhere
In exceptional circumstances and at our discretion, we may consider a request for a refund. However please note:
- A $150 administration fee will be applicable.
- The products need to be returned to the warehouse within 5 business days.
- The products should be in their original condition.
- All applicable delivery charges will be at your expense.
If you placed an order for an item in stock and it has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse, your request for a refund will be accepted against a store credit. For items that has been specifically ordered for you, we cannot entertain any request for refunds.
We’d like to politely ask you to carefully choose your items before purchase, as we are currently not in a position to entertain requests for exchanges. Once you take an item, It is deemed as used and cannot be sold as brand new to another customer.
We have had to implement tighter internal controls around refunds. All refunds are being processed on a monthly basis and can take up to 6 weeks to appear in your bank account. However we will endeavour to prioritise outstanding refunds and we do understand the importance and urgency involved. We thank you for your patience in advance. If possible, please visit our warehouse to view the products so that you don’t change your mind later. If you cannot visit our warehouse, we can video call you to help you have a look at the product that you’re interested in.
